About Us

BdyAlign makes supplements for people who are tired of being oversold.

Most of the wellness industry runs on big promises and vague ingredients — proprietary blends that hide their doses, claims that outrun the research, products built to sound impressive rather than to actually help. We started BdyAlign because the people doing the real work on their nervous systems deserved better than that.

Our approach is simple: research-supported ingredients, in forms and doses that match what's actually been studied, with fully disclosed labels and nothing hidden in a blend. We tell you what the research supports — and, just as importantly, what it doesn't. If the evidence is modest, we say so. If an effect is cumulative and you won't feel it overnight, we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

BdyAlign supplements aren't a substitute for the work — the sleep, the regulation practices, the boundaries, the behavioral changes that actually move the needle. They're the nutritional layer underneath it. We build the foundation so your practice has something solid to stand on.

That's the whole idea: honest products, for people building something real.

I built BdyAlign because I got tired of not being able to trust what I was putting in my body.

Like a lot of people, I spent years managing the physical effects of chronic stress — the exhaustion that sleep didn't fix, the tension that never quite resolved, the sense that my body was running a process I didn't fully understand. I tried supplements. Some helped. Most didn't. None of them came with a clear explanation of why they should work, what the evidence actually said, or what dose had been studied.

So I went looking for answers in the research.

As a doctoral candidate and wellness practitioner, I had the tools to read the primary literature — the randomized controlled trials, the systematic reviews, the mechanistic studies that explain not just what an ingredient does but how and why. What I found was both clarifying and frustrating. The research on several key compounds is genuinely strong. The products most people are buying don't reflect that research at all — wrong doses, undisclosed blends, claims that go far beyond what the evidence supports.

That gap — between what the science actually says and what the supplement industry is selling — is why BdyAlign exists.

Every product in this store meets the same standard:

•       The primary claims are anchored in peer-reviewed research — randomized controlled trials or systematic reviews where they exist.

•       The active ingredient doses match the ranges studied in that research, not the lowest amount that allows a claim to be made.

•       Every ingredient is disclosed. No proprietary blends that hide what you're actually taking.

•       The language used to describe what a product does reflects what the evidence actually supports — with the appropriate qualifications where the science is still evolving.

This isn't a higher standard because it's a trend. It's the standard because I believe you deserve to know what you're taking and why — and because I wouldn't recommend anything to my own clients that I hadn't examined at that level.

Understanding your body — how it responds to stress, how it regulates itself, what it actually needs — is not something that should require a graduate degree.

That's what this brand is trying to make more accessible: the research, translated clearly, attached to products that reflect it honestly.

Every product page on this site includes the studies behind the claims, the doses used in the research, and the qualifications the evidence actually warrants. Read the research. Ask the questions. That's what it's here for.
